The food & service at this location is great! They are always courteous when I place my order, and my wait in line is never long. And the desserts are always displayed nicely. I consider this to be one of the better PB establishments that I've been to.

I just finished eating a chicken caesar salad. Well, I actually ate about 1/4 of it and that was enough. It just wasn't very good. The chicken was weirdly soft and tasteless, the lettuce was not very crisp, the dressing was bland , the croutons were hard. The baguette was fine and the carrot cake muffin is giving me life so thank god for dessert. :D Freindly employees, very clean inside and my food was ready super fast so I'll return, I just won't order this salad again.

I am not sure what the hype is all about. It was suggested to come here as I needed some wifi and a place to get some homework done. I walk in and stand in line for about a minute...the line was pretty long. So I decided I will set up at a table and go back for food. All of the tables were dirty! All of them! As I write this review, I see a lady looking around for a clean table. It was 9 am and they open at 6 am. So, I make it up to order and I choose the pick two and I don't know why I would think I was getting such a good deal, but the menu is a little misleading (maybe just me). I paid $3.69 for a bowl of soup, which I'm not sure if that is standard because I don't really order soup, but I researched what is good here and "broccoli soup" was mentioned a couple times. It was lacking in flavor big time. Nothing special. The other half was a half Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT-also nothing special. The lettuce was flying all over the place and the tomatoes were so soggy and not fresh :( I could have whipped up better at home for sure. To accompany these two, I got the lemonade-which popped up in my search with the broccoli cheese soup. It is good, but I have had very similar from the Walmart brand. Ehh...all in all, nothing special. I've been to Panera once before and now I know why. I appreciate the fact that they serve the community and signing up for their rewards I earned a free pastry. But I am not sure when I will feel the need to return.

This is one of the nice Panera locations - clean on the inside and they have a nice outdoor seating area.

Drive-thru is so convenient. Staff are friendly. Their iced chai is delicious (better than Starbucks) but overpriced. Wish they had more meat-free options, especially salads. This particular location is one of my favorites.

When I was handed my "signature hot chocolate", my server apologized to me for the wait. My hot chocolate was not hot, and had a layer of dark chocolate syrup at the bottom of it. However the rest of my meal was delicious.

What is billed as a Flatbread (FB) Thai Chicken sandwich, costing almost $8, turns out to be 1 morsel of chicken, covered with shredded lettuce, cabbage and carrots with peanut sauce. When I say morsel I mean the slice of chicken only covered about 1/4th of the single slice of bread. Good thing I got the Turkey Chile to go with it or I'd be starving. Very disappointing as I usually like what I get at Panera.

Spacious and clean. A lot of girls work here and they like to gossip. Pretty interesting to listen in while you wait for your meal. The thing that sucks is that they tend to not do their job as efficiently. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. Booths! I like booths! Men and women bathroom in the back. Two stalls in the female bathroom. I will be coming back just because they have amazing bread.

This place is a wreck. I ordered the fontina grilled cheese and a cookie, and the conversation that followed was mind-numbing. Cashier: We're out of the white cheddar. Me: Okay so no fontina grilled cheese? Cashier: We can substitute another cheese like Swiss. Me: Do you have any other options beside Swiss? Cashier: Yes. Me: ...and they are... She told me there was no more seating so they'd pack my food to go; that sucks. She also couldn't understand that I didn't want chips. I won't eat them so it would just be a waste. You don't need to remind me 3 times that they're free; it's not a cost issue; I do not eat chips. Got my sandwich (not packed to go and no cookie but of course, chips. Went back to the ever-confused cashier to explain that I'd like to give her the chips in exchange for the cookie I actually paid for. She looked dumbfounded. "You can keep the chips; they're free." Whatever. Can I just get the cookie? *blank stare* I asked for the cookie again and again before she finally admits she forgot what kind of cookie. Okay, it's understandable to forget but gaping as your last brain cell leaves isn't helping. Never worked so hard for a mediocre grilled cheese and a cookie. If you do decide to come here, be on the lookout for a free bag of chips sitting on one of the tables.

So, my boyfriend and I went through the drive through at this Panera and he got a chicken Caesar salad with NO croutons. I got the you pick any 2: half frontega chicken panini and the autumn squash soup.. Now we specified that there should be no croutons on this chicken Caesar salad.. We get home and guess what we find? CROUTONS on the chicken ceased salad! I wouldn't be making such a big deal about the croutons if my boyfriend could eat them... But he can't because he has celiac disease... With that said, guess what else was wrong with his order?.. There was NO CHICKEN on the CHICKEN Caesar salad! What the hell?! At least they put lettuce in the box and got the salad dressing right... But really though? Come on Panera! Additionally, my frontega chicken panini looked like it had been made a while ago and had been sitting out... The edges of the panini were hard as a rock.... And it wasn't even that good... Finally, the only good thing that came out of this order was the autumn squash soup... I'm disapointed in the staff tonight and I think they need to get their shit together. They won't be seeing us again any time soon.

I'm a big fan of Panera because it fills my sandwich void on Sundays when the Gallery Deli is closed. I like this particular location because the employees are generally very friendly, they don't mind making substitutions and my order is right pretty much every time. The food is delicious! And of course, I love their French onion soup ;-) The asiago cheese croutons really set off the flavor of the broth.

The food is wonderful, all panera food is, but this place is in a really good location next to all the shopping stores. There is a lot of booths but they are always full! This place is too busy that it's really hard to find seating sometimes. And the line can get really long too. The one thing that I didn't like was that I ordered a mango smoothie and they filled the cup only 2/3! I didn't pay full price for you to only give me a cup that's 2/3 full. The taste was all yogurt that I couldn't taste the mango. I get this all the time and this was my first time trying it at this location and it was terrible. So really mixed opinions about this place. The location on Southfield road and the one on telegraph are much better. I love panera soups though and their bread

The staff is okay, but food service is bad. I've been more than once and had my order wrong. I asked for my sandwich to be heated on the panini press and they burnt it. It was visibly black (charred) and they gave me the sandwich anyway. To top off a bad lunch, my salad had near frozen chicken on it. The manager refunded my money after I came back and complained. Nothing like the Panera that I normally go to.

This is my favorite Panera to go to! The staff is quick and friendly. The food is always consistent and delicious, unlike some of the other Paneras I've been to in the area. Sometimes it does get pretty busy in there, but I can always find seating. The only complaint I have is with the carry out. I don't know if this is consistent with all Paneras or just this one, but the portions were less than half the size of the regular ones you'd get by dining in. I now will only dine in after trying the carry out. Other than that though, I like this place a lot!

This place is a godsend for starving college students. For roughly $6-7, you can get your full day's worth of calories in the form of warm, tasty foodz. I love coming here with my roomies and ordering a bread bowl of their Onion Bistro Soup. Not only is it delicious, but it's SO filling. (And it doesn't make you feel gross like fast food). I love that they offer free water cups, too. This location is nice because it's surrounded by so many convenient stores and it's nice to just relax and take a break after shopping. The place is fairly busy sometimes, but there's always some seating. The workers are really friendly and usually giggle at our names. (My roomie always goes by 'Lord Voldemort'.) I know it's a chain, but this is one of my regular chill out spots. :)

I love Panera and have been to quite a few locations... out of all of them, this one is probably my favorite. Their food always seems to be fresher and they're more generous with their salads. The only problem I've had a few times is them forgetting to put the chicken on my salad. The last time this happened, I didn't even get an apology - she just turned around, dumped some chicken in a soup cup, and handed it to me kind of rudely. I will still continue to visit this location - I just always check my items for accuracy before sitting down. :)

Great food and service. Only issue is that it was very busy in there during the time i was there due to it being in a shopping center (5-6pm on a sunday in dec) the tables in the back are arranged oddly. This is a mid-sized panera

I love sandwiches. I could eat them anytime. Naturally I'd like Panera. I've rarely been dissatisfied with the service or food from this particular one. I always get the U-Pick-Two with a cup of french onion soup and a half sanwhich: I alternate between the Sierra Turkey and the Ham and Swiss. It always hits the spot, although I often have to disassemble and reassemble my sandwich... for some reason the arrangement of the protein ingredient either resembles a meatball or a bedskirt. Not a big deal though. Like most Paneras I've been to, it can get pretty busy. And you get a lot of a-holes that like to reserve the booths for their laptops and med school books and binders and research papers and small coffee, so you and your co-eater can balance your plates and elbows on a built-for-one table in the corner. Despite that, I find myself coming back for the soup and sammy and usually being pretty delighted.

The food was good, service friendly but the place never got cleaned, stocked, or maintained from 6pm-8pm; this was a Sunday evening. I watched the dining room and dish tub get dirtier and dirtier. Unappealing but I do usually like this location.

I am a sandwich sorta guy. They really are the perfect way to eat. When people ask me what my favorite food is I say, "sandwiches" without hesitation. Why? Because you just take stuff and put it between two pieces of bread and you have a meal. The possibilities are endless. I've found that if I stock my pantry with an endless supply of bread and fixins, I will plow through 3 or 4 sandwiches a day. I seriously had to cut back. I had what doctors call, "Sandwich Syndrome", which is a condition where your red blood cells pair up to form little kaiser rolls and the white blood cells and platelets nestle inside. It's totally awesome but then you die. I sure hope you still get hungry in heaven because there is nothing more satisfying than filling the emptiness in your belly with a perfectly executed sandwich. Now say what you want about Panera. Blah, it's a chain. Who cares. All I know is they have created a wonderful sandwich that is at or near the top of my list of all time favorite sandwiches. It's called the Frontega Chicken Panini and I hope they keep making it until the end of time. Hand pulled chunks of tender, juicy breast meat (who does that??), paired with a delicious cheese, tomatoes and something else and grilled between two pieces of chiabatta. Sorry I can't be more specific about the ingredients. I could have asked what was in it but I was too busy stuffing my face with sandwichy goodness. So why am I waxing poetic and yet deducting a star? Because Panera now feels it necessary to tell me that the Frontega Chicken Panini has 860 calories. THEY TOLD ME!! Maybe it's a law now or something. All I know is I felt like Han Solo snapping at C-3PO. "Never tell me how many calories are in my SANDWICH!"

One of the best Paneras. Great sandwiches soups and pastries! Friendly and they don't mind you parking it for awhile! It's one of my favorite pit stops. Very clean, other than the toddler puking on himself and the floor across from me. No worries though because this isn't a normal occurrence.
